goods purchase from our company would be fully Guaranteed for 12 months or more by its own makers. The Guarantee papers should be sent off to its Manufacture within 14 days of the purchased
date not any longer.
Reconditions goods also comes with Guarantee but for only 6 months and it would be by OCEAN. The Gaurantee number is your Invoice No. Always we ask for invoice number which allocate on
the top of purchase reciept. We will not be able to serve without the invoice number.
Our
Guarantee would not cover any broken parts, bulb on the fridges, ignition on cookers and girme in washing machine w/pump blockage. We also required one-day notice to book you or your tenants to
given the most excellent service.
The
Manufacturers or Retailers do not cover loss of food in the fridges and will not accept any claim for loss. It is strongly advised that the contents of the freezer on installation and check
regularly.
Exchange Policay
All Brand
New Electrical products come with minimum 12months Manufacturer's Gaurantee. So if the goods breaks down or goes wrong in that time they will repair it for free. If the goods is not
repairable for any reason they will provide an alternative product instead. must of Manufacturer's provide the parts and labour Gaurantee for the first year.
Refurbish
product purchased from Ocean will be Gauranteed for 6months and if its a value of £100 or less, then it will be 3months Gauranteed. We supply full Guarantee of parts and labour. if the
goods is not Repairable under the Gauranteed period then we will replace it. In some case's replacement of any goods under the Gauranteed could cost of excess fee.
Refounds Policy
As most of
the Manufacture's and Retailers are not accept refound we kindly require customers to be sure of the selected Appliance's before handling the payment. OCEAN also not accept refounds on any
reconditions goods purchased longer then 14 days. If the goods purchased less or more then 14 days and becomes faulty should be handle to repair the fault by Ocean Engineer or if the fault is
